Shipping and Delivery Policy
Effective Date: March 15, 2026 Last Updated: June 2026
Nexinev is a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods, products, or hardware. This policy describes how access to the Platform is provisioned and delivered to Clients following a successful subscription or contract activation.
1. Nature of Delivery
All deliverables under a Service Agreement with Spack Solutions Private Limited are digital in nature, including but not limited to:
Access credentials to the Nexinev web application and/or APIs
Configuration of the Client's dedicated or white-labeled instance (where applicable)
Documentation, onboarding materials, and integration guides
Any agreed custom modules or admin panel access set out in the Service Agreement
2. Delivery Timeline
Upon confirmation of payment and execution of the Service Agreement, the Company will provision platform access within the timeline specified in the Service Agreement, or, where no timeline is specified, within 7–14 business days.
For engagements involving custom configuration, integrations with third-party charging hardware (OCPP/OCPI), or white-label deployment, delivery timelines will be as set out in the applicable project plan or Service Agreement, as these are dependent on Client-side inputs (e.g., branding assets, charger inventory data, network credentials).
3. Delivery Confirmation
Access will be considered "delivered" upon the Company issuing login credentials or API keys to the Client's designated Authorized User(s), via the email address on file.
4. Delays
The Company is not liable for delays caused by:
Incomplete or delayed information/assets from the Client;
Third-party hardware or network partner issues (see Section 3.4 of the Terms of Service);
Force majeure events (see Section 12 of the Terms of Service).
The Company will notify the Client promptly of any anticipated delay and the revised expected delivery date.
5. No Physical Shipping
As Nexinev does not involve the shipment of physical goods, no shipping charges, carriers, tracking numbers, or physical delivery addresses apply to any transaction on this Platform. Any EV charging hardware referenced on our website is supplied and shipped independently by third-party charger OEMs/manufacturers, and is not sold or fulfilled by the Company.
